Our Process Explained
  1. An initial introductory meeting with the client and our Agent and Risk Manager focused on understanding the clients issues and potential risks.
  2. Fact Finding meeting(s) where a complete risk analysis survey will be completed so our agency clearly understands the issues and opportunities to provide risk management principles.
  3. Preliminary Coverage Overview meeting where the fact finding analysis results are reviewed, along with recommendations on how to address issues discovered. A suggested approach, and preliminary plan is presented and agreed to coverage is determined.
  4. Final Proposal meeting where the agreed to coverage is proposed and a detailed proposal is presented.



Advantages to this Approach are Several
  1. The client receives a proposal which is customized to their situation.
  2. The client has fully participated in the development of the proposal assuring they receive and understand the coverage they are seeking and receiving.
  3. Accurate costs for insured coverage are presented and risk management principles are provided for risk being retained by the client.
  4. The opportunity to develop a relationship with Thune Insurance Network and Border Insurance Network prior to binding coverage with our Insurance Company partners.
  5. The only costs that a client incurs was its investment in time in the process. (Our Insurance Network does this work on its dime.)
